With the New Year having dawned, many of us are hopeful for an end to the uncertainty of the last two, with some commenting that this year is twenty twenty (version) two! In the County camp I don't think we want to go back though as much happened last year despite the struggles and difficulties presented by a world in various forms of lockdowns and restrictions.
This year could well be the year we get to see what a Country really looks like when the boiler is finished and mounted on the chassis - a sight some were lucky to see before, but those of us of a younger age have never seen except in photos.
With that in mind, it is pleasing to see the fund continues to rise and we are so grateful for everyone's contributions large and small to enable us to Complete the Set.
