The main recent success is that at last the wheels are back in place and work is progressing fitting the springs and brake gear.
The tender brake cylinder is complete and is being tested and the vacuum pump is midway through its refit. The next task on the brake system is the loco cylinder.
The smoke box and saddle assembly is almost complete and will soon be delivered and fitted.
We will soon be issuing an order for new slide bars and we are researching the manufacture of a pair of cross heads.
